At Staged to Sell we are full service Stagers. We provide as little or as much information as our clients need to achieve the goal of selling their home, no matter what the market. The following are the services we provide before, during and after the sale. We also service our design clients to Live.
Consultation/Report $250-$400
Often we will suggest minor improvements to the home to be conducted prior to the Enhancement Staging day when we come back and stage the home with the proper furnishings and accessories with an array of inventory selected from our 4,000 square foot warehouse. If the home is an occupied home we do our best to utilize many of the homeowner's possessions to keep the cost down while keeping in mind that our ultimate goal is to present the best product possible to the market. To properly assess the need for improvements and inventory we set up an appointment with the client, conduct a consultation and then submit a room by room report of recommendations. This consultation is $250 - $400 depending on the size of the home and the length of report. We can then help make those recommendations happen or the homeowner may decide to do many of them themselves and let Staged to Sell do just the Enhancement Staging.
Enhancement Staging - Bid only
Available for both Vacant and Occupied Homes. Staged to Sell's team brings a variety of furnishings, accessories, lighting, greenery and bedding and conducts staging to sell. We place the furnishings where they need to go to set off the room in the best light. We add layers of accessories, lighting and artwork to ensure that each room stands out, but flows with the overall look and feel of the property. Vacant properties - Staged to Sell selects from hundreds of items stored in their 4,000 square foot facility, pack their trucks and arrive at the home on staging day to work their magic. Occupied properties - Staged to Sell works with the client's items and provides additional items to make sure that the home is shown in the best light.
Project Management - Hourly Fee $75-$125 per hour
After a consultation is conducted and a room by room report is submitted to the homeowner, Staged to Sell Project Manages the recommendations. We gather bids from our sub-contractors (handymen, landscapers, painters, carpet cleaners, window washers, cleaning services, etc.), submit those bids to the homeowner and schedule the work. We work with the individual contractors to select finish, paint colors, flooring and finishes to ensure that the items selected are right for the home. Staged to Sell has a long list of reliable, quality contractors. These resources are included in the consultation/report as listed above. Please note: the sub-contractors bill the homeowner separately for their services and Staged to Sell is not liable for their work.
Designs to Live - KH Designs - Hourly fee $75-$150 per hour
Not planning on moving? Love where you live but your home needs a refresh? Painting the kitchen, but you don't have an idea of what color to select? Need a complete remodel but not sure where to turn to find the right resources or contractors? Need a new sofa, chair, window treatments, accessories or more? Let Staged to Sell's professional designers help you select whatever you need for the home you are living in today or will be buying tomorrow. We design homes every day and love to work wtih homeowners whether they know exactly what they want or don't have a clue.
Designer Events - KH Designs - Hourly Fee $75-$150 per hour
